Role & responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales and business development, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Identify potential clients, establish new business relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company.
  • Understand ProSIM's technical offerings and effectively communicate their value to customers and prospects.
  • Gather and comprehend customer technical requirements and challenges, and relay them clearly to ProSIMs technical delivery teams.
  • Travel to customer locations across India as required for business development and client engagement.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities, show initiative, and work independently when needed.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player within cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver clear and impactful presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships and demonstrate effective negotiation and persuasion skills.

Preferred candidates based in Bangalore only.
