About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager (Internal Operations) to support our cybersecurity organization's internal process optimization, operational efficiency, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project management principles and a keen interest in cybersecurity operations, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring internal projects related to business operations, compliance, IT infrastructure, and process improvement.

  • Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SOC, Onboarding, SDM, SRT, and Automation to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

  • Process Improvement:

Identify operational inefficiencies and support the design and implementation of improved workflows, documentation, and internal tools.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, dashboards, and post-project evaluations.

  • Risk & Issue Management:

Track and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate to management when necessary.

  • Internal Communication:

Support communication of project milestones, updates, and changes across departments to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or operations, preferably in a cybersecurity, IT, or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and documentation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • On-time project delivery and milestone achievement.
  • Improvement in internal operational efficiency metrics.
  • Quality and consistency of project documentation.
