Technical Manager & Administrator

Overview

Seeking a highly skilled professional for a dual role encompassing technical management and administrative oversight. The ideal candidate will lead technical projects, coordinate administration tasks, and drive successful delivery of innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality

standards.

  • Oversee technical and administrative teams, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, design, operations) to

align technical solutions with company goals.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Establish and maintain documentation, workflows, and process improvements for

administration tasks.

  • Facilitate internal and client meetings, reporting progress and project updates to

management.

  • Administer compliance with policies, change control, and quality standards.

  • Hire, train, and evaluate new staff for technical support and administration roles.

  • Maintain IT infrastructure, software, and hardware, ensuring optimal functionality and

security.

  • Support disaster recovery, data retention, and archiving activities as per service

requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,

or relevant field.

  • 5+ years' experience in technical project management and team leadership.

  • Proven ability to deliver technical solutions on schedule and within budget.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience coordinating administration, documentation, or compliance activities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, IT systems, and technical

infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile Scrum Master.

  • Experience with budget planning and resource allocation.

  • Comfort with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and digital transformation initiatives.
