Job Summary

Web Ministers is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong communication and team coordination skills to manage multiple digital marketing projects. The candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams and ensure timely project delivery with a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing projects.
  • Coordinate with SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, Design, and Development departments.
  • Handle client onboarding, requirement gathering, and review calls.
  • Create project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure timely delivery of deliverables and project milestones.
  • Maintain smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify project risks, solve challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance summaries for clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Client Manager in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, Web Development, and digital KPIs.
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, HubSpot etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Client-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
