Job Summary

Web Ministers is looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager (Digital Marketing) to oversee digital marketing projects, communicate with clients, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing projects
  • Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Design teams
  • Create project timelines and assign tasks
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports
  • Monitor project quality and ensure timely delivery
  • Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively
  • Improve workflow and project management processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing project management
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content strategies
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Strong multitasking, leadership, and time-management abilities
