As the Outside Operations Manager at Lytegen, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all outdoor operations, ensuring that our projects are executed seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise outdoor operations and field teams.
  • Develop operational plans and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and implement improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a construction or field-related environment.
