Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Development Manager, located in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading sales initiatives, meeting business development targets, and promoting brand awareness across the assigned area. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, preparing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute business growth plans effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of the FMCG sector and a strong understanding of sales channels and distribution networks
- Experience in team management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
