Quality Manager (Apparel, Soft & Hard goods) for Reputed Liaison Office based in Gurgaon.

Exp. 14 to 15 Years into all categories
Apparel (70%), Home furnishing & Hard Goods (30%)
with reputed
buying agency & Liaison office only.

Salary to 25.00 Lacs

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

Sample Production Support
: Provided comprehensive support during sample production, reviewing and evaluating product samples for accuracy and compliance with specifications before approval

Specifications & Production Instructions
: Created detailed product specifications and production instructions to ensure consistency and quality throughout the manufacturing process

Material &Accessory Selection
: Identified and sourced suitable materials and accessories, ensuring that they met both design and quality requirements while being cost-effective

Product Fault Analysis
: Analyzed product returns and faults,identifying root causes, and working with production teams to address issues and improve future product quality

Costing & Budget Management
: Managed product costing and budgeting, ensuring that production costs stayed within targets and identifying opportunities for cost savingswithout compromising quality

Quality Assurance & Control
: Oversaw quality assurance and control processes to ensure that all products met the required standards at every stage of production, from sample creation to finished goods
