Job Title: Logistics Supervisor - Warehouse Operations

Location - Sonale, Bhiwandi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate and monitor logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
  • Optimize space utilization, material handling, and stock organization for efficient flow of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock levels, and warehouse documentation.
  • Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for warehouse productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, hygiene, and company SOPs.
  • Support audits, inventory checks, and continuous improvement in logistics processes.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in warehouse/logistics operations
  • Knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, or basic Excel reporting
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
