Role Description

We are looking for an exceptional 
Lead Full Stack Developer
 with 
5-8 years
 of experience to be the cornerstone of our engineering team. This is a crucial, hands-on leadership role where you will be accountable for the technical roadmap, code quality, and the professional growth of our developers.

 Excited to dive into an in-flight, complex system to optimize, and build out the next set of major features.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect, design, and build 
    multi-tenant SaaS backend
     using 
    Python
     and 
    Azure Function Apps
  2. Implement LLM integrations
     (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini) with best practices for API throttling, token usage, and performance optimization
  3. Develop and manage 
    Azure services
     such as 
    Blob Storage
    , 
    Table Storage
    , and 
    NoSQL databases
  4. Establish robust API frameworks
    , data models, and event-driven workflows
  5. Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  6. Lead and mentor a small team of developers, enforcing coding best practices and architectural standards
  7. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment strategies (DevOps exposure)
  8. Ensure system security, compliance, and scalability
  9. Contribute to product roadmap discussions and take full ownership of technical decisions

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Core:
     Python (FastAPI / Flask / Azure Functions)
  • Cloud:
     Microsoft Azure (Function Apps, Blob, Table Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus)
  • Database:
     Azure Table Storage, Cosmos DB, NoSQL
  • AI Integrations:
     OpenAI, Gemini, LLM APIs
  • Architecture:
     Multi-tenant SaaS, Event-driven, Serverless
  • DevOps:
     Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Monitoring, Scaling

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of backend development experience with 
    Python
  • Proven experience building SaaS products from scratch
  • Strong expertise in Azure Function Apps
    , 
    serverless architecture
    , and 
    Azure storage services
  • Deep understanding of multi-tenant architecture
     and 
    API design
  • Experience integrating LLMs
     (OpenAI / Gemini) and handling 
    rate limits, retries, caching
  • Exposure to DevOps
     and cloud deployment automation
  • Strong 
    product mindset
     — balancing speed, scalability, and business impact
  • Leadership skills: mentoring juniors, managing sprints, enforcing code quality
