Head of Operations – Job Portal Business

Location: Madurai | Full-time, Senior-Level | Reports to: CEO

Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to lead our overall operations, drive platform excellence, and ensure business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage platform performance and user experience for job seekers & employers.
  • Lead teams across operations, support, and business development.
  • Optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure service quality.
  • Oversee customer support, compliance, and operational risk.
  • Track KPIs, manage budgets, and report performance to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with marketing, tech, and product teams to enhance growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years in operations with 3–5 years in senior leadership.
  • Proven experience in SaaS, job portal, e-commerce, or tech-driven businesses.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
