JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Jr. Executive - Operations

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
(On-site + frequent travel within city; occasional outstation)

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: Marketing/Corporate Events/Event Management

Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with relevant internships welcome)

The company curates and manages a range of events from conferences, product launches to celebratory events, customer engagement, employee engagement, corporate annual days, family days to sports days, R&R, mega star-studded shows and concerts, music festival and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution support: Assist with site recces, measurements, load-in/load-out plans, and on-ground supervision.
  • Vendor & procurement coordination: Float inquiries to hotels, vendors, etc., compare 3 quotes, follow SLAs, track deliveries.
  • Documentation discipline: Maintain MoMs, checklists, permits, gate passes, vendor dockets, and close-out reports.
  • Production & fabrication: Coordinate stage/LED/light/sound setups, branding installs, printing dispatch and QC.
  • Logistics: Plan vehicle schedules, material movement, warehousing, and return inventories; maintain asset logs.
  • HSE & compliance: Support basic safety checks, permissions, and risk registers.
  • Show control support: Prepare/update cue sheets, rehearsal call times, crew rosters, and timing sheets.
  • Finance cadence: Help capture change orders, tally BOQ vs actuals, collect vendor invoices.
  • Client/venue liaison (support): Coordinate slots, passes, house rules, electricity/load requests, and timelines.
  • Reporting: Daily tracker updates; photo/video evidence of milestones; post-event debrief notes within 48–72 hrs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline, Business Admin/Marketing will be preferred;
    event/production internships
    or field experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets
    skills; comfort with trackers, basic formulas, and documentation.
  • Clear written & verbal communication (English required; Hindi/Kannada a plus).
  • Willingness to work early mornings/late nights/weekends during shows; high reliability under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, accountability, and a problem-solving mindset.

Goo-to-have (Plus Points):

  • Basic understanding of AV/power/rigging terminology and BOQ line items.
  • Two-wheeler + valid DL for quick site movement.
  • Basic safety awareness (PPE, egress, load limits) and vendor coordination exposure.
