Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Junior Account Executive. The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, conducting market research, contributing to the sales growth of the company, and preparing client proposals. They will also monitor industry trends, support the account management team, and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform market research and analyze industry trends
  • Proficiency in preparing client proposals and presentation skills
  • Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience in sales or account management is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
  • Passion for customer service and solution-oriented thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
