By providing insights & solutions into their creditworthiness, consumers are empowered to make informed financial decisions, unlocking opportunities for loans, mortgages and greater financial stability.
On our ZET Partner (B2B) platform, we connect communities in Tier 3 and 4 cities to a wide network of financial brands and credit products. By leveraging a trusted network of agents, we bridge the gap between consumers and top banks, making financial services more accessible and tailored to the specific needs of these underserved markets.
Raising $13M in our series A funding in March 2022, we are proud to be backed by General Catalyst, Nexus, Sequoia Surge, Waterbridge and other leading Angel Investors. Starting with only two in 2019, we are now a workforce of high spirited people diligently striving to enable fintech for Bharat.

Role Summary
We are looking for a growth hacker who can identify high-impact opportunities across the funnel, run experiments, drive user communications, optimize channels, and scale initiatives that improve acquisition, activation and retention. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, analytics, design, leadership and operations teams to drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and diagnose funnel drop-offs across acquisition, activation and retention to find high-impact growth opportunities.
- Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, pilots) to validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.
- Own and track core growth metrics such as activation rate, conversion %, retention, repeat usage and churn.
- Analyse data deeply using cohorts, segmentation and user behaviour insights to drive actionable recommendations.
- Work on designing targeted user journeys based on cohorts, segments and behavioural triggers.
- Drive user communication across email, push, WhatsApp and RCS to improve activation, retention and re-engagement.
- Optimise onboarding flows, product journeys, in-app nudges and landing pages to reduce friction and improve conversions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to execute growth initiatives end-to-end.
- Support performance marketing with funnel insights, creative recommendations and landing page optimisation to improve ROI.
- Present experiment results, insights and growth plans to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and data-backed reasoning.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years in growth, marketing or product in a fast-paced startup / consumer app.
- Strong analytical ability with comfort in metrics, dashboards and funnel breakdowns.
- Experience with user communications (emails, push, WhatsApp, SMS) and lifecycle flows is preferred.
- Solid understanding of experimentation frameworks and growth loops.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and execution capability.
- Understanding of user behaviour, segmentation and retention drivers.
- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions
