Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive for our Gurgaon location to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time junior position designed for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in interior industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the interior design industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in business development or sales with a focus on results and achievement of targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to build partnerships and close deals effectively aligning with company goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to interact confidently with clients, presenting proposals and ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) for tracking interactions, managing sales pipelines, and generating reports.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions that align with their personal styles and project requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and creativity to develop innovative strategies in a competitive and evolving market.
  • Passion for interior design and a strong understanding of latest trends and concepts within the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients to drive business growth in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market reach.
  • Present and promote company services to prospects, creating compelling proposals that highlight our unique value.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met from initial consultation to project completion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and addressing any client concerns or queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using Salesforce for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in networking events and industry functions to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
