PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The position exists to parnter with the Sales team to develop, implement and drive effectiveness for the Sales & Corp functions team. The position is also responsible for maintaining data, resolving issues and managing performance, compensation and trainings for the Sales & Corp function team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelors in Business Administration with Human Resources Specialization or equivalent is required
Masters in Business Administration with Human Resources Specialization or equivalent is preferred
Relevant Experience:
10+ years experience in business partnering
