
Real Estate Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with proven experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling sales negotiations, project documentation, and client relationships while having good knowledge of IT tools for daily reporting and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and explain project details to potential customers.
- Handle negotiations and ensure successful closures.
- Prepare, manage, and verify project documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Use IT tools (MS Office, CRM, reporting systems) to manage sales data.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of NA plots, villa plots, and farmhouse plots.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage documentation and client follow-ups.
- Proficiency in IT tools and sales reporting.
- Must be based in or willing to travel Igatpuri.
