Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating real estate investments, conducting market research, and supporting strategic planning initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a solid understanding of business development processes within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in real estate investments.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Utilize other CRM software to manage client relationships and track project progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts through strategic planning and negotiation tactics.
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Engage in customer relationship management activities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing insights into market conditions and competitive landscape.

Experience

  • Proven experience in real estate analysis or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in business development, strategic planning, sales, negotiation, and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
