About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Paid Ads Executive to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and scale advertising strategies that deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in running Meta Ads or Google PPC campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads interface and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Basic understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
