We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager (Remote, 3–4 Month Contract) to lead marketing automation and campaign execution during a key transition.

About the Role

We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to help drive our digital-first, data-driven demand generation engine. You'll be the go-to expert for marketing automation and campaign execution, managing HubSpot, supporting Salesforce integration, and enabling smarter decisions through analytics.

Experience with Pardot is highly valuable, as it is our current platform. We will be transitioning to HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage HubSpot for campaigns, workflows, and list segmentation
  • Support lead lifecycle management and nurture programs
  • Ensure data accuracy and actionable insights through Salesforce CRM integration
  • Oversee event automation, campaign reporting, and database compliance (e.g. GDPR)
  • Drive A/B testing, optimize campaign ROI, and align global/regional marketing efforts

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar platforms)
  • Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce CRM
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally SaaS or global organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certification(s) or advanced platform knowledge
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce dashboards)
  • Experience with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or other regulatory compliance in marketing operations
  • Exposure to project management tools (Wrike, Asana, or )
  • Background in marketing support for enterprise software, manufacturing, or packaging industries

Contract Duration: 3–4 months
