Responsibilities:

  • To identify / develop and maintain specific Enterprise accounts with an opportunity plansupporting company goals.
  • To retain top enterprise customers and nurture those key relationships over time.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.

  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishingnew and different requests.
  • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on aday-to-day basis.
  • Responsible for working with the Pre-Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client
  • relationships.
  • Collaborate between the customer and internal teams.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing newcustomers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

Education:

  • Any degree or diploma.
  • 5-7 years of experience in relevant industry (IT/ BFSI/ Manufacturing)
  • Good Communication Skills.
