Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Help Desk Support professional to assist with troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Raise, track, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
Ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Fresher to 6 months
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Working Hours:
- 5 Working days
