We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Help Desk Support professional to assist with troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Raise, track, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service

  • Qualifications:

  • Fresher to 6 months
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Working Hours:

  • 5 Working days
