Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the possession / handover process for residential and commercial units.
  • Schedule and conduct customer site visits for pre-possession inspections and final handover.
  • Ensure all documentation, NOCs, and payments (maintenance, registration, etc.) are completed before possession.
  • Coordinate with internal teams Projects, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Facility Management to ensure readiness for possession.
  • Prepare and maintain handover checklists, snag reports, and closure documents.
  • Handle customer queries and escalations during the handover process and ensure smooth resolution.
  • Ensure the unit is ready for handover (quality check, utilities connected, cleanliness, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate handover records and update CRM systems.
  • Conduct customer orientation / familiarization with property facilities, society rules, and maintenance process.
  • Support in handover events and possession drives for multiple customers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (Civil Engineering background preferred).
  • 25 years of experience in post-sales, customer handover in the real estate or other industry.
  • Strong knowledge of handover documentation, site processes, and customer handling.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a calm and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as required.
  • Candidates from developers or facility management backgrounds preferred.
