We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance cum Accountant to oversee our company's financial operations and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Tally and possess strong expertise in GST, TDS filing, payroll management, and vendor payments. This role requires precision, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple accounting functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally ERP.
  • Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closings and ensure proper documentation.

2. Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) within statutory deadlines.
  • Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory regulations.

3. Payroll Processing

  • Process monthly payroll accurately in coordination with HR.
  • Manage payroll components including salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives.
  • Handle statutory payroll filings such as PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.

4. Vendor & Payment Management

  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure timely approvals and payments.
  • Maintain vendor accounts, reconciliations, and track outstanding balances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.

5. Reporting & Audit Support

  • Prepare and present MIS reports, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support statutory and compliance audits.
  • Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and vendor accounting.
  • Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
