**Job Title**: Finance Executive
**Location**: Chennai (In Office)

We are seeking a Finance Executive to manage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, reporting, auditing, compliance, and payroll. This role is ideal for professionals with strong accounting and compliance knowledge, who can ensure cost-effectiveness and regulatory adherence while supporting the company’s strategic goals.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts; track budget vs. actual monthly.
- Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable (AR) monitoring, and debt collection follow-ups.
- Verify supplier invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts payable (AP).
- Process payroll with accuracy (salaries, deductions, statutory contributions).
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Implement internal controls, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with laws.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- 2-4 years of accounting/finance experience (preferably in consulting or services).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
