**Position: Retail Finance Executive**

**Location**: Nibav Towers Phase-1, 2/770, 1st Street, Kazura Garden, Palavakkam, Chennai - 600041

**Experience**: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience required

**Salary**: ₹4 LPA (Fixed)

**No. of Positions**: 2

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrange initial meetings and discussions for MOUs/tie-ups with RF companies.
- Present company profile and pitch suitable financing schemes.
- Collaborate with RF partners to design and finalize financing structures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with RF partners to ensure consistent business flow.
- Support sales teams by coordinating with RF companies to drive loan-based sales conversions.
- Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Business, Finance) for seamless execution.
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn for business networking and lead generation.
