**Job Summary**:
The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the company. This position involves preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against these budgets.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement; provide actionable insights to senior management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, assisting with internal and external audits as needed.
- **Accounts Management**: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and manage working capital to support operational needs.
- **Cost Control**: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to enhance financial efficiency.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to support financial decision-making and align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience in financial management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
