Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate profiles.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
- Source candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for HR leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Solid understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., Real Estate, IT, finance, healthcare].
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter).
