Job Description:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and possess the skills to identify, develop, and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential & existing clients and partners and identifying opportunities to collaborate and expand the studio's network.
- Identifying potential market trends and developing new product/service offerings in response to changing consumer needs and preferences.
- Developing and delivering compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Managing and tracking sales targets, leads, and business development opportunities, and reporting progress to senior management.
- Collaborating with the creative and technical teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conducting market research and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with potential partners and clients.
- Ensuring that all business development activities align with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
In addition to these requirements, a successful Business Development Manager should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take risks and try new approaches. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years prior business development or sales experience in the New Media Design industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and data to identify new business opportunities
