to lead and scale our rooftop solar business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:

  • Lead the end-to-end operations of the Solar Rooftop business vertical.
  • Define and execute strategic growth plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion

P&L Management & Financial Planning:

  • Take full ownership of 
    P&L,
     revenue forecasting, and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team on budgeting, pricing strategy, and financial governance.
  • Ensure sustainable growth through efficient operational and cost management practices.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a 
    high-performing team
     of managers, engineers, and support staff.
  • Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement:

  • Manage high-value client relationships, strategic partners, and government agencies.
  • Represent the company at key forums, industry events, and policy discussions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership retention.

Innovation, Policy & Compliance:

  • Drive 
    innovation initiatives
     to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with leadership for policy development, compliance, and regulatory strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and legal standards across all projects.

DESIRED
 
PROFILE:

  • Minimum 
    15 years of overall experience
    , including at least 
    5 years in Solar Rooftop
     project leadership.
  • Proven track record of scaling business operations and managing large teams.
  • Strong understanding of EPC execution, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive organizational growth and transformation.
