At Propel, we're building an AI-copilot for marketing teams. Driven by real-world outcomes, we're entering our 1→10 phase—and we're hiring an entrepreneurial Chief of staff.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Founder & CEO. This role is for builders—people who want to get in early, solve complex problems, and scale something meaningful.
You'll drive founder-prioritized programs, lead cross-functional execution, and shape our operating rhythm. In 8–10 months, you'll be ready to step into a Business Head / P&L Owner role.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end execution of high-impact strategic programs
- Run weekly operating reviews across GTM, Product, and Service teams
- Lead and scale GTM and Partnership initiatives and scale partnerships program
- Build relationships with VCs, Incubators, Martech operators, Martech platforms across the globe
- Build and manage strategic forecasts (financial + ops) that drive decisions
- Operate with autonomy while building toward P&L ownership
Who You Are
- 3–4 years in consulting/ startup ops/ or an ex-founder/operator
- Strategic thinker who loves execution
- Strong communicator and structured problem-solver
- Thrives in ambiguity, pressure, and rapid growth
- Obsessed with impact—not just ideas
