Role & responsibilities

  1. Responsible for project management for all Digital projects in IT.

  2. Single point of ownership for delivering projects for Non-Sales LOB- Manufacturing, Accounts/finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse management.

  3. Running regular checks on Digital systems of the company and driving adoption of the systems with the users.

  4. Identifying gaps and acting on opportunities to improve and update Digital applications by interacting with business stakeholders 

  5. Developing and implementing best practice guides for the organisation for Digital application usage 
  6. Designing training programs and workshops for users and ensuring smooth access of Digital applications 
  7. Ensure digital application delivery with optimum cost, timely delivery, and highest quality as per business requirement 
  8. Ensuring availability of the digital application by coordinating with IT infrastructure team and vendor teams. 
  9. Overseeing and determining timeframes for Digital applications including system updates, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and outages, 
  10. Managing and reporting on allocation on various digital projects/applications. 

  11. Identifying opportunities for team training and technical skills advancement.

  12. Ensuring 99% SLA adherence to all the tickets raised.

13.  Strive for customer satisfaction for Digital projects delivery
