Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Administration & Operations
- Maintain attendance records of teachers, students/clients, sales reports, and enquiry database.
- Prepare reports and manage client data using MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure studio cleanliness, discipline, and a welcoming environment.
Front Desk & Client Interaction
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly.
- Provide accurate information on programs, packages, and services.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and client follow-ups.
Lead Management & Sales
- Handle telecalling and follow-ups on leads from multiple sources.
- Maintain lead tracker and update CRM/software regularly.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Convert enquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (any discipline) with 1 - 3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Presentations) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve targets.
