Job summary:
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Talent Management Analyst to join our global Talent and Culture Team, supporting talent initiatives. Based in India, this role will partner closely with the HR teams and global talent leaders to drive strategic talent management programs, with a strong emphasis on succession planning, talent reviews, career development frameworks, and enterprise-wide capability building.

You will make an impact in the following way:
Succession Planning:
- Coordinate our functional talent councils and their tasks on regular succession planning activities across regional and global business units.
- Ensure the talent councils identify successors for critical and leadership roles, monitor readiness, and partner with stakeholders on development actions.
- Maintain accurate succession data and create visual dashboards for HR and leadership review.
Talent Review Cycles:
- Facilitate talent calibration and 9-box discussions with HR and business leaders.
- Aggregate insights from regional reviews to provide a global view of talent health and capability gaps.
- Support follow-through on development plans, internal mobility, and HiPo retention strategies.
Career Development & Progression:
- Design and implement career pathing frameworks across functional areas (e.g., sales, marketing, operations/ supply chain or R&D).
- Work with business and L&D teams to define role competencies and development journeys aligned with industry-specific career tracks.
- Support the creation of tools and communication to enable employee self-navigation of career opportunities.
Enterprise Talent Initiatives:
- Contribute to global talent initiatives such as high-potential programs, internal talent marketplaces, and leadership development.
- Assist in the rollout of standardized talent processes and systems across the APAC region and ensure alignment with global priorities.
- Act as a local point of contact for change management and adoption of new global talent platforms or frameworks.
Talent Analytics & Insights:
- Prepare and analyze reports on succession depth, promotion velocity, HiPo engagement, and attrition risks.
- Use data to support strategic decision-making and measure the impact of talent interventions.
- Support dashboard maintenance in tools like Workday, Power BI, and Excel.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in talent management or organizational development, preferably in a large, global manufacturing company.
- Familiarity with succession planning, talent reviews, and career development frameworks within an industrial or production-based workforce.
- Proficient in HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Advanced Excel and strong experience with talent analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultural contexts.
- Exposure to global HR practices and matrixed organizational structures.
- Experience supporting skilled trade, shopfloor, or plant-based talent in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, 360 feedback) and their application in talent development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and change-oriented setting.
