Job Title: Network Specialist / Infrastructure Lead

Location: Remote

Job Mission:

As a Network Specialist / Infrastructure Lead, you will be pivotal in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing Group's IT infrastructure. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure our IT systems operate efficiently, securely, and continue to drive global improvement.

Responsibilities:

· Server and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain critical hardware such as servers, routers, switches, and manage software installations and updates across the organization.

· Network and Network Security Management: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including managing routers, switches, and firewalls Palo Alto to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

· Troubleshooting and Support: Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.

· Documentation and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation of network diagrams, hardware/software inventories, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

· Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and managing project constraints.

· Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and optimize the performance of IT infrastructure components to enhance efficiency.

· Printer and IP Management: Manage print queues, assign IP numbers, and configure send-to-mail functionalities.

· Budget and Lifecycle Management: Provide insights for budgeting, including lifecycle management of IT assets.

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

· Certifications: CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure / Cisco Academy Trained Engineer, and Palo Alto certified

· Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with specific skills in server management and network security.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Excellent communication skills, adaptability to new technologies, and strong team collaboration abilities.

· Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Deep knowledge of network infrastructure, security, data communications, and server management. Proficiency in using advanced network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
