We are a Vidéo Production and distribution company, meaning we acquire, produce, broadcast our platforms and sell television programs to television networks and Video On Demand platforms (such as Netflix, for instance).

Our programs are, mostly compilations of short content of : home video, pranks, magic & circus, sport fails.

Absolute pre-requisites :

● An excellent internet connection & bandwidth

● English or (French is a plus)

● Organization freak (love to have things in the right place, with the right name so you can find it in a heartbeat — "If you can't find it, you don't have it ")

● Perfect mastery of social networks, Expert with youtube channel and other social media platform

​Job Summary

We are seeking a Communications and Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and community engagement. This role has a strong emphasis on digital and social media excellence, particularly with YouTube and TikTok. You will be responsible for developing strategies that increase brand awareness, grow our subscriber base, and drive engagement and revenue through social platforms.

​Key Responsibilities

​_Social Media and Community Management_:

● ​Develop and manage a customized editorial strategy for all social media channels, with a focus on growth and engagement for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

● ​Act as the brand's voice online, actively engaging with our community to build loyalty, manage our reputation, and foster a positive brand image.

● ​Demonstrate mastery of social networks, with expert proficiency in managing YouTube channels and other social media platforms.

​_Content Strategy and Execution:_

● ​Drive the creation of innovative and trend-aware short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.

​_Performance Analysis and Optimization:_

● ​Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all social media channels.

● ​Use data from tools like YouTube Studio and TikTok Analytics to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize our social media strategy for better performance.

​Required Skills and Qualifications

● ​Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

● ​Proven experience of 5+ years in a marketing or communications role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful strategies and growth on digital platforms like YouTube and TikTok.

● ​Expert-level proficiency in social media analytics tools, including YouTube Studio and TikTok Analytics.

● ​Hands-on experience with visual creation and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva).

● ​Exceptional creativity and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.

● ​Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

● ​A collaborative spirit with experience working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders.

● ​An excellent internet connection and bandwidth.

● ​Proficiency in English or French (French is a plus).

● ​Highly organized with a meticulous approach to file management and organization.
