**Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Write engaging, on-brand social media captions that resonate with our audience and align with our voice.
- **Audience Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering meaningful conversations.
- **Community Building**: Develop strategies to build and nurture an active and loyal community around our brand.
- **Growth Strategy**: Collaborate with the team to execute growth-oriented campaigns, increasing followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor performance metrics, track engagement trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize content.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to keep our strategy innovative and competitive.
- **Cross-Platform Management**: Manage content calendars and posts across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing skills with a focus on creativity, clarity, and audience engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and experimenting.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing is a plus.
