Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Web3 Specialist to lead initiatives across blockchain strategy, product development, and ecosystem growth. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and strategic understanding of decentralized technologies, smart contracts, and token ecosystems. You will play a key role in shaping our Web3 roadmap, driving innovation, and integrating blockchain capabilities into our products and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the company's Web3 strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Research, design, and manage decentralized solutions, including smart contracts, token models, and dApps.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to build and scale Web3 features and integrations.
  • Analyze emerging blockchain trends, protocols, and ecosystems to identify opportunities for growth and partnerships.
  • Lead technical discussions on wallet integrations, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, and Layer 1/Layer 2 solutions.
  • Represent the organization in Web3 forums, conferences, and community networks.
  • Work closely with developers and community managers to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the Web3 / Blockchain industry.
  • Strong understanding of smart contracts (Solidity, Rust), tokenomics, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and blockchain architecture.
  • Proven track record in launching or managing blockchain-based projects or ecosystems.
  • Deep familiarity with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or other leading chains.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with cross-functional tech and marketing teams.
  • Involvement in community growth or partnerships within Web3 ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of Web3 infrastructure tools, wallets, APIs, and interoperability solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
