Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Job Description:
Dhruv Tax Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our International Voice Process team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist international clients with tax-related queries, and provide accurate solutions. You will also be responsible for clarifying client doubts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards in communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound international voice calls.
- Clarify clients tax-related doubts in a professional and clear manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and update system databases.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client confidentiality.
- Deliver exceptional service and build long-term client trust.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
- Prior BPO/KPO/voice process experience preferred, but freshers with strong English skills may also apply.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and with patience.
- Basic knowledge of finance/taxation is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
Job Details:
- Work Location: Shaikpet, Hyderabad
- Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
- Cab Facility: Not provided
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with International Voice / Customer Support experience (up to 2 years)
