Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious IT Sales Telecaller to join our team. This is a fresher-level position suitable for graduates wishing to kickstart their career in IT sales. The role is based in Madurai, Virudhunagar, Theni, and Dindigul. We offer full-time, internship, or contract employment opportunities. The candidate should have up to 1 year of work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must demonstrate proficiency in lead generation, cold calling, and nurturing customer relationships to create substantial sales pipelines (Mandatory skill).
- Possess strong command over using CRM software to track and manage sales interactions, ensuring streamlined client management.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively convey product value propositions and successfully close sales deals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs, keeping our services ahead of the competition.
- Experience or familiarity with the Salesforce platform for managing customer databases and enhancing sales efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to engage potential clients confidently and articulate information clearly during sales calls.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment to meet sales targets consistently.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the capability to adapt quickly to the evolving sales landscape and client expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in the IT sector to create awareness and generate sales leads for our innovative products.
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships by offering personalized support and addressing client queries effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement lead conversion initiatives aimed at bolstering company revenue.
- Utilize CRM platforms to record and analyze client interactions, ensuring a consistent and documented sales process.
- Efficiently manage and schedule follow-up calls and emails to engage leads, ultimately moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- Identify and seize sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable company offerings.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide insights to enhance sales strategies, sharing knowledge from customer interactions.
- Stay informed with industry trends and competitors to continuously improve sales pitches and propositions.
