Salary: 13000 to Incentives
Experience Requried: Minimum 0 to 3 years in Telecalling /Telesales
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only
Age Limit : Up To 35years
We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Telecalling Executives who can connect with potential customers, introduce them to our app, and help convert leads into users. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective users/parents/students to inform them about our products and services.
- Explain products/Services.Generate Leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain features and benefits of the learning app clearly and convincingly.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Achieve Monthly/quarterly sales Targets
- Handle Customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Passion for education and learning.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth business opreations.
Requriements
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections.
