Telecalling Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop and implement effective telecalling strategies, scripts, and campaigns.
• Monitor team performance, call quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
• Track leads, conversions, and CRM data to optimize results.
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and skill development programs.
• Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations, data privacy, and company policies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements for productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments for campaign alignment.
• Manage crisis situations, escalations, and maintain service continuity.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience: 5–8 years in telecalling/tele-sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
