Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Team Lead role for development, based in Noida. The role involves developing scalable, high-quality web applications using , leading and mentoring a team of developers, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, code reviewing to maintain coding standards, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing application performance. The Associate Team Lead will contribute to the design and architecture of solutions while implementing best practices in React development.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in and JavaScript frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
  • Strong understanding of web application performance optimization and debugging
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
  • Strong ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
  • Knowledge of back-end development or Full Stack capabilities is an added advantage
