Nature of job: - Field job
Education qualification: - (in mechanical/electrical field)
Experience:– 1-4 years in similar field (technical or industrial sales, preferably in the machine tool, cutting tool, or capital equipment industries. Experience in CNC machining, programming/setting/operating, or manufacturing is highly preferred. )
Job Responsibilities(not limited to): -
- Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies for new and existing customers, create action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients(existing/new), including OEMs and end-users, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert technical advice to prospective and existing clients on products.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and detailed techno-commercial offers,
- Stay updated on market trends, industry advancements, and competitor activities.
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure the successful implementation and use of equipment in co-ordination with service team.
- Maintain sales forecasts, update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and handle other sales-related documentation.
Technical skills required: -
Strong understanding of metal cutting machines (CNC/VMC/HMC), grinding machines, laser bending/cutting machines, metrology products, industrial automation.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering software is often beneficial
- Basic understanding of CNC programming (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens etc.)
- Proficiency with CRM software/tools used for efficient working.

- Excellent communication skills: in order to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical customers.
