This pivotal role involves strategizing and executing lead generation initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and fostering a high-performance culture to drive revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.- Develop and execute comprehensive sales development strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify target markets, define ideal customer profiles, and set clear goals for lead generation activities.- Oversee the process of identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and partnerships. Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine messaging. Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team for conversion.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales 6 months of experience in BFSI sector. - Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) - Required all semester marksheets. - Preferred local candidate - Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organisationKey Skills Required:- Strong Communication- Good Negotiation Skills- Sales Techniques- CASA- B2B, B2C Sales- Marketing- Customer Centric- Goal OrientedTo apply and Share resume:Meenaakshi P |
