Sales Apprentice

Indian Graduate from any UGC Recognized University from Any Stream

Requirements:

  • Local resident

  • Good communication skills in local language (LL) and English

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop skills in investment and insurance industry

  • Generate leads for advisor recruitment

  • Invite leads to attend business opportunity programs

  • Arrange meetings with sales team to convert leads into advisors

  • Develop confidence in conversing with people of all ages in local language and English

Future Opportunity:

  • Upon successful completion of apprenticeship program and meeting performance expectations, opportunity to apply as a full-time employee in the organization.
