Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 10-12 years of extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional IT or data-related projects.
  • Certification (Mandatory): Hold a current and valid PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
  • Engagement Model: Demonstrated success in leading high-impact projects through a light/part-time model, requiring strong independent leadership and prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance & Strategy: Establish the overall project governance framework, define strategic roadmaps, and ensure project alignment with overall business goals.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage communications and expectations with executive-level stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate high-impact project risks and resolve critical project impediments.
  • Methodology Oversight: Champion best practices derived from PMP/PRINCE2, mentor team members, and oversee quality assurance of all project deliverables.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the project budget and resource allocation, optimizing for efficiency within the light engagement structure.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹150, ₹180,000.00 per month
