Job description

Role - PROJECT CO-ORDINATION & ORDER PROCESSING

Job Description:

  • Review and verify client Purchase Orders (P.O.) against final sales team negotiations.
  • Resolve client issues and initiate internal order releases.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules including all administrative and on-site activities.
  • Handle commercial terms such as generating invoices and ensuring timely advance payments.
  • Organize and coordinate client inspections as required.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and clients for efficient order processing and execution.
  • Oversee the preparation of project drawing based on site engineer reports with support from AutoCAD Draftsman and obtain necessary client approvals.
  • Release approved drawings to the factory and coordinate for timely manufacturing and dispatch.
  • Continuously monitor project timelines and implement necessary schedule adjustments.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including document control and database management.
  • Manage dispatch logistics, ensuring timely delivery to client sites.
  • Coordinate site readiness with clients and schedule installations accordingly.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure quality and timely installation.
  • Oversee project completion and manage final handover with complete customer satisfaction.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (All Saturdays half day)

Location : Malad (West)
