Your Mission:

  • Lead with Vision: Own the technical and operational relationship with payment issuers and merchants. Your expertise will guide the seamless integration of cutting-edge payment solutions.
  • Innovate and Integrate: Conduct in-depth gap analyses and design solutions that set new standards for technical and operational excellence. Transform complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Drive Success: Oversee projects from initiation to launch, ensuring impeccable quality and timely delivery. Manage resources, handle change requests, and keep projects on track with precision.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Partner with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations. Maintain clear, effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Solve and Lead: Address technical issues with urgency and focus. Serve as the go-to expert for resolving integration challenges and driving project success.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze multiple data sources to uncover trends, identify issues, and drive strategic decisions. Your insights will be key to optimizing performance and delivering results.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience Extraordinaire: 10-15 years in technical project management or pre-sales, ideally within the payments industry. Proven track record of delivering complex integration projects.
  • Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem. Experience with merchant/PSP integration and mobile app development is a plus.
  • Technical Mastery: Expertise in integrating with third-party web services (REST, SOAP), and strong SQL skills. Familiarity with SDK integrations is advantageous.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and negotiate effectively. You're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a Scrum/Agile environment.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, identify underlying issues, and drive improvements.
  • Hands-On Approach: Comfortable diving into day-to-day tasks and managing multiple priorities. You're an experienced self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
