About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Java, AWS and a solid background working in ERP-based environments. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked as a Technical Architect and is now ready to transition into or grow within a Project Management / Engineering Management role. This role will lead technical delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and client partners to define project scope and timelines.
  • Provide architectural and technical guidance to development teams (Java + AWS).
  • Drive solution design discussions and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
  • Ensure on-time delivery with focus on quality, performance, and cost.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and governance decks.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement and process excellence across the technical team.
  • Guide, mentor, and support team members for skill and performance enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of total experience with strong exposure to Java Development and AWS Cloud environments.
  • Prior experience working with ERP systems / enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of system design, integration patterns, and cloud architecture.
  • PMP or Agile/Project Management Certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience working as a Technical Architect / Solution Architect.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage both technical discussions and project governance.
